1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are delivered through our courier partners, usually within 4–7 business days of dispatch depending on your location.

Oils are packed with protective material to prevent leakage in transit.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, logistics partner delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹799. Smaller orders attract a shipping charge, shown at checkout before you pay.

4. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing an order.
